TomAlgae is a biotech company producing algae as dryfeed for aquaculture hatcheries. Cultivation of diatoms was taking place in raceways ponds which were harvested daily. My tasks as an intern were to help in the running and upkeep of the daily algae operations, conduct experimental trials, as well as data analysis and literature reviews when requested by the CEO.
