- Partnered with multi-functional team of ten international members, initiating projects, introducing and implementing technical KPIs to ensure projects accomplishment. Delivered £1.5M packaging cost saving, which equivalent to 5% of total consumer goods manufacturing costs. - Trained over 300 line operators to apply a unified problem solving tool – key tool from the Focussed Improvement Pillar (Kobetsu Kaizen) – for troubleshooting the root cause of production equipment faults.

- Worked closely with the R&D team in Darmstadt and Huenfeld, Germany; analysed and benchmarked eight production sites supply chains to improve local site capability, mitigating supply chain interruption risks. - Led an organisation of nine members, constructing the department strategy and capability enhancement programmes. Established projects framework, setup KPIs and a technical validation timeframe to launch new products across Asia, this generated £150M in annual sales.

- Led technical validation of five production systems for P&G’s Asia-Pacific manufacturing sites consolidation programme. - Led the team to integrate raw materials of a consolidated production site database and introduced it into local site databases. Supported data-conversion from Wella heritage system to P&G’s SAP global platform by constructing project plan and collaborating with safety unit and R&D to ensure regulatory compliance for site integration.

Liaised with PTT construction team to establish commissioning procedure of the new aromatics complex with a capacity of over one million tons per year.
