Execution and optimization of organic synthesis from small to medium scale of interest compounds using modern organic chemistry ysnthesis methode and analysis one.  Planning experiments optimized to developpement on a Flow Chemistry process:  Photochemistry reaciton, diazo synthesis, catalytic reaction.

Execution of multistep organic synthesis (mg to gram scale) of drug candidates using modern organic chemistry synthesis methods and modern analytical and purification techniques: Microwave reactor, parallel synthesis, organic synthesis, catalytic synthesis, 2D-NMR, HPLC, LCMS Planning experiments and synthesis of complex molecules for in vivo / in vitro biological tests.

Project’s topic: “Exploration of the potential reactivity and reactional of the S-alkynylated compounds.” Summary: The goal of the project is to explore the potential reactivity thio-alkynes towards reactions such as: oxidation, cycloadditions, hydrolysis, and hydration. In addition, the possibility of alkynylating different nucleophiles, such as selenides or thio-acids, with various hypervalent iodine alkyne transfer reagents is being evaluated.

The topic of the project: “New approach for electrophilic Alkynylation reaction on thiol groups via R-EBX Reagents.”

Internship under the supervision of Fabrizio Borin, Head of Manufacturing and Planning at Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals Italy. Exploration of the different positions of the chemical industry.
