M4 Project: Developing metastable switchable materials towards scale-up production in continuous flow environments.

Process simulation for foam injection molding – Research on the influence of a blowing agent on the viscosity of a polymer melt. -Practical investigations on an injection moulding machine. -Measuring the viscosity with a spiral flow with different wall thicknesses and an on-line rheometer. -Implementation of measured flow behavior of blowing agent loaded melts into Autodesk Moldflow and simulate the filling phase.

Internship at CRDC co-injection of long chain polyamide.

Internship in FCI Automotive France from 17 june 2012 to the 31 july 2012, a company specializing in automotive conductors with 600 employes. Project : Total Productive Management to improve the production of two press. Key Achievements : Improve the efficient of the production of 18% ( 74% to 92%) on the two press type SUMITOMO of 180 tons.

Graduate engineer in plastics processing from ISPA ( a leading French plastics processing engineering school) where I studied a major part of plastics processing techniques and others skills like management, industrial processes and economy.

2009 – 2011 Studying physics, mathematics and engineering sciences to prepare for a high level competitive exam in order to integrate an engineering school.
