POST is the national mail & telecom company in Luxembourg. Inside his IT division, POST decided to implement a hybrid project management methodology. Prince2, PMBok v5, Prince2 Agile and 10 other methodologies, frameworks and repositories had been used. The analytical thinking was the key point of the success of the project.

Inside his energy division, GE, the famous industrial conglomerate, decided to implement a folder management right solution to improve the security of data management. The persuasion was the key point of the success of the project.

In 2014, Babcock International had acquired Inaer France, a Helicopter Ambulance provider. The acquisition required an IT integration project, that aimed to integrate the French IS into the very processed & secured British IS, including the replacement of all IT hardwares & systems, and the implementation of new tools & practices. The persuasion and the requirements elicitation were the key points of the success of the project.

The aim of the mission of mine was to carry out the infrastructure projects’ steering inside a technical security architecture service for the data-centers’ infrastructure standardization. And the tasks included also the licenses and the hardware budget management. The competences in organizing, steering, and facilitator were the key factors in succeeding of the mission.
