I have recently graduated at the ENSISA engineer school in Mulhouse (France) with a master's degree in mechanics. My theoretical background as well as different projects and interships in France and Germany and the handling of CAD software and Finite elements software offered me a strong basis to the positions of construction engineer (Konstruktionsingenieur), test engineer or calculation engineer (Berechnungsingenieur).

Project Audi A1 : - Acted as the internal and external person of contact for specific sub-assemblies: bumpers, headlamps, frontend module. - Monitored and managed supplier quality performance (action plans, KPIs, audits). - Ensured sustainable problem solving by performing root cause analysis (Laboratory) of all types of non-conformance, by defining action plans, and by monitoring quality of purchased parts. - Crisis management: 100% of defective parts, capacity issues

Work in partnership with the department of research and simulation, the continuous casting shop and the repairing shop : => Experimental verification of cooling nozzle spray pattern in the repairing shop. => Improvement of the FE-calculation's data file of the continuous casting plant cooling with experimental results. => Execution and evaluation of the thermodynamic FEM-simulation. => Presentation to the clients.

Work in the material laboratory in partnership with the Launch and Support shop. Material laboratory: =>Arranging of metal samples. =>Diagnosis of intern fractures. =>Building of representative picture of the fracture for the client reports. Launch and Support shop: =>Study of the different step in the conception and the fabrication of a prototype. =>assistance in the positioning of exhaust pipe prototype.
