DHLGM France : 50 m€ revenue. Created to supply the German market - and by extension the European market - we organize the transport and distribution of mail and parcels from France and Spain. As a Financial Controller I ensure the profitability of each line (Product / Destination) and set up the analysis by customer. The success in these missions came from the implementation of cost structures in SAP (Cost center hierarchies, GL accounts), the export of data to Excel for analysis through Pivot Tables

Creation of my own company, business of broker in civil engeneering. As a unique actor of my own company, I am in the middle of the business' life : customers, suppliers, administrative and fiscal authorities, etc. Everything has to be managed.

Yeast extracts producer, flavor enhancer. 120 M€ revenue, 80% export. Study and implementing of SAP during the first year. Permanent member of the competence center as FI/CO Key User. Main activities : Yearly budget elaboration, monthly reportings, variance analysis, monthly re-forecasts, Investments return analysis, in € and foreign currencies.

Replacement of the existing IT systems with the Group implemented SAP : rolling out in all mills, creation of cost center hierarchies, GL Accounts, statistical orders. Member of the French "IT center" I am responsible for FI/CO, implementing with the mill controllers all the mappings, data conversion, translations, after run out trainings and technical support

Responsibilities: 33 M€ Revenue. SAP Key user, reporting to the Group Controller, USGAAP Accounting, yearly budgets, monthly reforecasts, variance analysis, investments, producing cost per product. Management of a team of 7 persons: purchasing, IT & accounting.
