Responsible for short and middle term capacity allocation and review on a network of interchangeable machines. I schedule production of a FMCG portfolio using BPCS and Compass in order to meet customer deadlines. Continuous collaboration with production coordinators, maintenance and engineering to identify bottlenecks to excellent customer service and provide business cases to initiate improvements.

Responsible for planning production/supply of a FMCG portfolio at EMEA level using APO, following and planning new product introduction projects, inventory management for seasonality/supply chain disruption/projects. Continuous interaction and decisional node among production plant and markets.

I have been involved in projects in EMEA with the objective (i) to study current customer IT and organizational processes through interviews and (ii) to improve them by re-engineering processes and providing technologies able to reduce costs and/or answer new business needs.

My innovative and entrepreneurial mindset led me to create a start-up with the objective to simplify and support the process of language learning. After identifying the business need thorough personal user experience, I created and managed a cross-functional team of other 4 people to create the marketplace envisioned. We had the chance to be incubated in the TALLINN BUSINESS INCUBATOR under the CREA program.

I performed cost analysis and business planning for our FORMULA STUDENT vehicle while optimizing the supply chain.
