Responsible for planning several production lines where cold cuts are produced for several supermarkets and wholesalers. Responsible for continuous process improvements. Created multiple applications in Excel using VBA which simplified and accelerated several tasks. Developed a workforce planning tool in Access using VBA.

Responsible for definition and critical analysis of processes at the sites in The Netherlands, Belgium and France. Ensure communication and implementation of proposals for improvement and action plans of new logistical projects. Mainly in the field of consumer electronics. Provide support to the sales department with the preparation of tenders.
