I've started working as SAP consultant over ten years ago. IT studies and experience from work for leading automotive company in Poland help me to start work and develop me as consultant. I've realized over ten implementation of new functionalities for customer from different branches and I took part in a few big implementation. Till August 2021 I was working for companies from all over the world, where I was solution architect and leading consultant. Since August 2021 I am responsible for the Consulting team. Main activities are assigning consultant to projects, developing each team member by the creating individual and team goals. I am working closely with all of departments from company. I am people oriented, I think that every situation has a solution. Keeping KPIs I see also a person.
