• Provide day-to-day operational support for imaging applications/solutions provided and or supported by the IT Team. • Test new systems, version upgrades, interfaces, and other system modifications in accordance with IE QMS processes and procedures. • Provide pro-active monitoring of the applications/systems provided and or supported by the IT Team. • Maintaining accurate and current documentation regarding systems/applications provided and or supported by the IT Team. • Provide on-call coverage.

• Working for Enterprise PACS Imaging Systems and its administration in advanced healthcare. • Resolving normal to System-Down critical issues reported by clients for PACS/DICOM/HL7/EA/eFilm and providing immediate real-time solution. • Engaging daily with PACS admin, IT techs, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure imaging systems are up and operating correctly. • Handling Server components- Services, Background processes, Directories and Files, Multi-Volume Support and User accounts.

• Creating and managing Users, OU • Account Lockout issues. • Installation of software and troubleshoot internet as well as software related issues. • Provide Admin rights, editing Host-name. • User access management creation/deletion/modification on Windows AD. • Desktop & Laptop administration with configuration & Maintenance. • Joining to Domain, updating and upgrading Windows OS’s, solving application errors. • Logging and updating tickets logged by internal users.
