• Implementing AWS Security services, performing security audit and implementing logging for AWS Infrastructure. • Developing Terraform Module and unit test for it. • Implementing OPA policies to detect mis-con guration. • Add/Update security controls in CI/CD pipeline. • Developing automation scripts for day to day reoccurring tasks.

• Working on AWS Cloud Security Services such as IAM, Federation, Certificate Manager, Key Management Service, CloudTrail, SSO, GuardDuty, Secrets Manager, Config etc. • Helping customer ranging from large scale enterprise to small developers in setting up and troubleshooting their AWS Cloud Resources that may span multiple services. • Working directly with multiple teams and technical account managers in order to replicate customer environment in the lab to provide the correct solution.

• Performing POC and Implementation of Cisco NGFW, Switch, Router, Email Security Appliance and Identity Service Engine. • Contributing to design of network and security solution and working closely with the customer on the technical requirement to provide the solution. • Creating Project completion report and providing it to customer.

• Handling Customers issue related with Firewall, Routing and Switching products. • Providing technical training to new hires. Creating Reports of various customers regarding the case progress, inventory management. • Coordinating with Cisco TAC engineers to solve the problem within SLA and escalating the issue if required.
