Prepare construction bids incl. EU tenders (proposal outline,resources requirements,technical part,bill of quantities and prices); Plan and schedule project activities and timelines; Work closely with architects,engineers and clients to ensure that all project goals are met; Build and maintain relationships with investors,vendors and designers; Provide technical supervision; Track and supervise the on-time completion of bids and the status of the submitted ones; Visit and monitor on-site construction works

Train on how to implement and oversee the construction projects; Assist in obtaining legal permits; Communicate with investors, designers, contractors and local authorities; Visit construction sites and deliver inspections; Prepare final report for obtaining exploitation permit.
