As a Senior Engineer at Rane (Madras) Limited, I worked in the Quality Assurance department. My responsibilities were analyzing defective manufactured parts, underlying causes for those and effectively implementing measures to eliminate its recurrence . I was involved in the preparation of KPI's used to measure the supply quality. Analyzing and presenting the data to the Management and frequent visits to the customers were part of the job.
