At App.scot I was focusing on the application process where most of the apprentices like to apply through other sites than the app.scot. This project is to get the application process smooth and friendly to get more traffic to the site. I have initiated a mapping exercise with the team that includes: stakeholders, engineers, a customer support team, and a researcher, to develop a deep understanding of the project in detail. Taking user interviews with apprentices and crafting high-fidelity designs.

Design for user! Design for Business. My focus on design structure that explains the understanding of the product flow. I have an excellent experience in B2B, Saas, mobile app, websites, etc. Also, an excellent experience in accessibility and building design system that minimises work for developers.
