Assembly of optoelectronic components and fiber coupling using labview and MATLAB

Designing of samples using CATIA V5 and testing for quality by a non-destructive testing method using active thermography. Samples, using different metal materials are additively manufactured by selective laser melting technique and are tested using active thermography by changing different parameters and also exciting light sources.

Designing of Micro-Manipulator using PTC Creo Parametric and additively manufactured using Fused deposition modeling technique. This manipulator is used in measuring the electroluminescence in LED and Laser diodes. In these various materials like PLA, ABS, PC, etc. are used in 3D printing and the optimization is done by testing properties of these materials for the required properties to be achieved in Micro-Manipulator.

As a CAD Engineer involved in Improvements of existing drawings through the study of failures in manufacturing. Modifications of drawings are done to overcome failures in manufacturing using tolerance adjustments by following ISO standards.
