At Industrial Metal Powder (I) Pvt. Ltd., § I played an important role in the development of Fe and Cu alloy powders through innovative water atomization techniques. § My responsibilities included characterizing powder properties and ensuring compliance with MPIF and ASTM standards. § I also coordinated between R&D and production teams to resolve process deviations, contributing to improved product reliability and quality.

• Collaborated on process optimization at SINTERCOM INDIA LIMITED, focusing on sinter hardening techniques. • Improved sinter hardening time by approximately 10% and eliminated unnecessary processes. • Prepared and tested samples under varying parameters, including density and flow rate. • Analyzed dimensions of parts pre- and post-sinter hardening to enhance overall efficiency.
