• Introduced, designed and implemented a new Member Tracking System, which markedly reduced processing time for meetings registrations and a new rolling Payment Policy aiming at increasing revenue, stabilizing cash inflows and achieving a regular flow of new members. • Amended regulations (Statutes, Standard Operating Procedures) for membership payments. • Management, integration and archive of user data electronically. Successfully trained now self-sufficient colleagues in database management.

Develop relationships with volunteer, guides and support new volunteers. • Responsible for the welcome desk at events: Organize registrations, prepare updated lists of attendees (members and guests), prepare printed Member cards, sign up attendees at their arrival and receive payments of guests. • Receive new registrations. • Updating membership user database and follow up fee payments with the treasurer. Follow-up statistics. • Answer queries related to membership. • Duties as assigned or needed.
