1) Margin Modelling & Analysis- Develop Prime brokerage, ISDA and Futures(SPAN,Eurex) margin calculator models to analyse margin requirements for client hedge funds.Understand lock-up terms in detail for various counterparties and ensure adherence; unlock capital by disputing inaccurate margin calculations by counterparties 2)Margin Optimization- Run simulations and transfer positions between counterparties to arrive at the optimal margin requirement & capital allocation for the fund

1)Process Management (Brokerage, CIient Information and Reference data) - Set up financial products like equities, FI, FX,Funds etc for private bank HNI clients of JPM 2)To understand the risk and impact of financial regulations on current banking operations and processes 3)Team Management- Allocate work and take care of team appraisals, issues/concerns, careergrowth planning, etc
