• New equipment procurement for capital project : • Manufacturing readiness for New Product Range: • Process change management: • Machine Guarding • Forecast for capital budget spend, planning the activities in line with yearly forecast. Raising request for capital appropriation. Tracking of capital projects, raising notes of approval for payment to suppliers related to capital procurement activities.

- Responsible for operation and maintenance of Automated Storage/Retrieval System, Engine Assembly and Testing set up at Engine Shop, Car Plant. - Established real time power monitoring system for energy conservation - Co-ordination with Vendors for Supply, Service and Up gradation of Equipments. - Mentor for DuPont Safety Standards on Lifting of Loads and Machine Guarding. - Identifying action plan for process optimization of new project manufacturing.

- Worked closely under the consultancy of Dr Noriaki Kano, on strengthening Standardization, Cross Functional Management (TQM) in PVBU - Trained 500 employees and documented learning from Dr. Kano. - Stability and Capability analysis for quality control of critical machining processes in Engine Shop. Identified action plan for making the processes stable and capable - Affinity Diagram analysis to identify the major customer irritants. Possible root causes identified after studying vehicle history cards

-Coordinated marketing and promotional events along with 2 dealerships during launch of Nano 2012. Direct interaction helped in gaining customers’ insight. -Determined the acceptable range from a sample of 300 values for gear shifting force in Transaxle, using histogram.
