In charge of the successful implementation of the System Testing activity of 4 projects (group of Canadian projects, total in ~450 development staff, in a worldwide multi-sites development environment) for the Amdocs Ensemble Billing Platform, IAF Front Office and EAM (Commerce Payment) products. Also Leading the CMM L3 certification in the group. Manager of up to 50 test engineers. Additional responsibility over recruitment, training, cost/budget .
