• Managed vehicle dynamic related testing team for all new products from prototype level till production level by following design verification process for each component of a vehicle • Represented Product Development team for functions such as Market research along with Marketing team, Media rides along with other teams, New Product press release and Board meetings for decision making • Managed and Supervised 5 trainee’s, trained 3 Engineers and led a team of up to 8 people

• Managed and tested vehicle dynamics related test such as component testing, ride and handling validation, ergonomics and brake performance • Conducted various meeting with design team to quantify testing result for each component • Delivered strategic presentations and data analysis for strategic meeting among top management • Supervised 3 trainees, trained on-road durability riders for various race track testing and led a team of up to 5 people
