• Engage with business partners in gathering requirements,effectively planning (cost,resource&time),execute and communicate progress to stakeholders. • SME in developing ERP practice solutions and methodologies. • Adhere to Project Management practices and business change control process. • Interface closely with developers during the complete development lifecycle for database analysis,design,interface requirements with ERP. • Supervised change activities to assure business adoption.

• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems. • Designing computer systems&frameworks,troubleshooting technical issues,system guidelines,manuals. • Collaborating with Business Analysts,Project Leads and IT to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable & consistent. • Running trainings and workshops on system processes. • Conducting system reviews in order to adhere to IT audit guidelines. • Structuring business requirements and communicating,reviewing with stakeholders for approval.
