Leading rewriting of an existing legacy project into Vue 3

Vue.js Front-end Developer

As a full-time employee of OutsourceBG Services, I took part in a major migration project for Dell, had a role as a local IT Support for Cargill and now I am in Hamburg working for Vestas. Daily activities are described in respective sections.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to: - working on several SLAs through ServiceNow ticketing system, - asset management, IT equipment stock management, disposal, - asset deployment, - end-user support (walk-in, email, chat and phone), - network, printer, fax and telephony support, - meetings and events support, - smartphone, tablet and telecom support, - working with active directory.

I was sent to Krefeld, Germany as a temporary local IT support. Some of my daily activities were - Windows support, - printer support, - supporting network team during a network project, - incident management within the SLA through Remedy ticketing system. - asset management (wipe, dispose, etc.), - working with active directory.

As a tech lead, next to the tech activities, that can be found in the description of my Deployment Engineer role, I had extra tasks like: - managing daily activities of the team, - reporting daily progress to manager, - maintaining good contact to local IT, - mentoring new recruits.

I continued my journey as an external IT engineer for migration projects with a Dell-led project for another large company. My daily activities included: - imaging new PCs, - disclaiming migrating processes to users, - creating and restoring backups, - deploying hardware, - deploying software.

My responsibilities include providing the best supporting experience for customers and "selling" them solutions for their problems. My daily activities might include: - dealing with angry customers in a positive manner, - troubleshooting multi-functional printers, - keeping records on daily tasks, - coaching new recruits. I excelled at it and my colleagues recognized me as a leader.

Next to the projects for Lenovo and Dell, I took part in several other smaller migration projects with similar activities, managed by companies like WWTS, InfoSys and TATA Consultancy Services. As every project was in different city (even once in Portugal), I learned how to be really flexible and adaptive.

As an external IT Engineer during Dell-led migrating project in Hamburg, my responsibilities were including making users feel safe and comfortable with their new systems. My daily activities included: - disclaiming migrating processes to users, - arranging with users on exact time of migration, - creating and restoring backups, - deploying hardware, - deploying software, - supporting users after migration.

My first project as an external IT Engineer was in Koblenz and it was led by Lenovo. My daily activities had to be done in extremely short time, as the amount of planned work exceeded the regular working hours. Nevertheless my team performed quite well and project was finished in time. I was responsible for - creating and restoring backups, - deploying hardware, - cooperating with local IT.

My second time spent in Magdeburg was focused on Project Management courses and Startup Engineering. The latter provided me amazing introduction to the Lean Startup concept and its most essential part - the build-measure-learn loop.

I tried to found a club for programming in my faculty, but was unsuccessful.

Exchange student; Double degree student. During my term at Otto von Gueriche University I gathered lots of knowledge about the Information technology in current business world. I also learned about advanced programming paradigms and Information Retrieval.

4 years of my life, that provided me with knowledge in programming, networking, IT project management and trained me with soft skills.
