- Global administration and support for Employee Central, Onboarding Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession, Analytics; - System customization and configuration; - Maintain data objects and structures; - Analyze HR business requirements and implement system enhancements accordingly; - Create and maintain internal knowledge base and user handbooks for HR; - Deliver training sessions to key users; - Active participation in the overall HR IT strategy and architecture.

- Provide support for incoming incidents and chat on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Product; - Advise on configuration and technical requirements such as business rules, RBP, mass change requests and mass data imports, hire and rehire scenarios, object definitions and associations, event derivation and workflows. - Perform knowledge transfer activities to internal staff, customers, and implementation partners; - Host daily Office Hours meetings to review and discuss cases.

- Management of Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Skype for Business, - Resolve incidents and service requests in adherence to agreed SLA and quality standards; - Assess and troubleshoot issues; - Ensure availability and positive customer experience; - Engage in knowledge-sharing activities such as KBA creation and updates; - Provide customer support services in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

- Develop market research and commercial strategies for foreign companies in Brazil; - Prospect clients and commercial partners and support the development of commercial proposals; - Mediate international business relations based on contracts and follow-up with clients; - Advisory with written and spoken translation; - Provide services to Trade Promotion branches of the Ministry of International Trade of the Government of Ontario, Canada, and of the Government of Asturias, Spain.
