Ltd.  Improved vehicle DTC diagnostics and procedures for assembly line efficiency.  Planned and validated new process and program structure for SAVWIPL India 2.0 Project (MQB-A0-IN model) in Wheel Alignment, Brake/AC/Coolant Filling, FAZIT & ECOS.  Migrated Siemens SIDIS Pro from 2.2.5 to 2.2.9 and monitored line implementation.

 Improved soybean oil color from 9.0 to 7.5 in 4 weeks to meet customer standards.  Increased production rate from 60lt/day to 72lt/day in 3 weeks, reducing delivery time.

 Implemented QCOS to enhance Torque joint process control and reduce defects.  Analyzed, instigated ways to reduce mutilation issues in cars during line operation.  Performed Root Cause Analysis and prepared Action Plan to resolve customer complaints.

 Worked in different areas e.g., brakes, steering mechanism, engine optimization.  Examined ~20 vehicles in a group of three for disk brake repair or replacement.  Repaired steering mechanism of 6 vehicles, incl. change of lower arm, tie rods.
