Consultant for the baseline of the project on food and nutritional security and resilience. -Design the selection methodology of the project implementation areas using the Propensity score matching econometrics techniques. -Design the evaluation methodology combining the propensity score matching and the difference-in-differences econometrics approach for the project evaluation after the implementation.

Consultant for the flagship report on Urbanization, climate change, and poverty dynamics. -Develop program code to analyze household survey datasets. -Conduct micro econometrics analysis following the guidance from the Task Team Leader. -Process spatial data with ArcGIS. -Combine household survey and spatial dataset. -Contribute as a co-author to the preparation of the flagship report on Urbanization, climate change, and poverty dynamics.

-Ensure the capacity building of the various stakeholder groups -Coordinate the implementation of the inclusive market systems development approach for women and youth by promoting the full involvement of partners and volunteers at different stages of the project. -Conduct sub-sectorial study in agriculture and tourism.

-Contribute to the development of the survey methodology and the evaluation of survey tools. -Coordinate nationally representative food security and nutritional surveys. -Analyze data to determine health status of mothers (15 to 49 years old) and kids (from 0 to 59 months old). -Analyze data to evaluate the food security status of households. -Produce technical reports.
