Duties involved working closely with Managers and Senior Associates in leading M&A projects, daily management of the projects, financial modelling, analysis of transactions, preparation of data rooms as well as preparation of project documentation: teasers, information memorandum, financial forecasts, client presentations, etc.

Duties involved financial modelling, supporting senior team members on managing corporate loan transactions from origination, execution to closing, assisting in analyzing clients’ financing needs as well as in structuring financing alternatives and acquisition and leveraged financing in cooperation with deal team members and other product factories, contributing to the preparation of pitch presentations, term sheets and credit requests for clients from different sectors operating in the CEE region

Worked mainly with the M&A team. Duties involved working on projects for clients from various sectors (e.g. health care, public, energy, telecommunications, food), financial modelling, preparation of valuations (DCF, multiples), preparation of market and financial statements analyses, gathering market data, preparation of lists of potential strategic and financial investors as well as preparation of proposals, teasers, presentations and memorandums for clients.
