Über mich
After graduating from IIT Madras, India’s premier engineering school, I joined Bosch, where I worked with multi-cultural teams across continents on solving product deficiencies. Later at Planys, a robotics startup, I handled product lifecycle management of complex technology platforms from design till phase-out. During my 3 years entrepreneurial stint, I learned how to commercialize products, execute projects and develop processes for multifunctional and growing teams. In my last role as Operations Manager at €22M CPG plant, I managed a diverse product portfolio leading 80+ member team while handling expectations across echelons. Experiences such as winning ITC’s innovation award, wage negotiations with unionized employees and running an essential manufacturing facility during pandemic have enhanced my leadership capabilities and fuel my future aspirations. Post MBA I want to build a career in sustainable mobility Industry and innovation-led organizations.
