 Establishing new borrowing relationships for Wholesale Banking, preparing the required credit and financial analysis/reports as per the bank policies and procedures.  Managing existing client portfolio: monitoring credit risk, preparing annual reviews, tracking financial covenants and preparing for audit reviews.  Managing and enhancing the existing Corporate portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial non-financial objectives.

 Over seeing comprehensive study of the credit worthiness during the pro-cess of sanctioning credit / loan to Corporate Banking clients through pri-mary and secondary researches. It also involves credit structuring of proposals in-line with the strategy/credit policies laid down by the bank.

 Credit appraisal and underwriting of prospective SME/Mid Corporate clients for fund based exposure like Overdraft/Cash credit/Term Loan etc. and non fund based exposure like Letter of credit / Bank Guarantee etc. It also in-cludes preparation of detailed proposal notes and ensuring clearance from credit sanctioning committees.
