• Organizational reporting: Report to CEC-I BU Head ( Stationed at CEC-I office) • Functional reporting to YHQ Corporate finance division. • Prepare necessary reports, Monthly data consolidation using MS applications

Invoicing, AR, AP, Financial Reporting, Strategic decision making, Tax calculation, cash management, presentation to board of directors, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Auditing

• Responsible for authorizing all day-to-day accounting transactions and ensuring keeping of up to day accounting books and Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. • Updating, indexing, filing of employee reimbursement and pay out within the time limit. • Ensure that monthly reconciliation is completed and other reconciliation as per requirement.

• Handling end to end cash application process (Checks, Wire, Credit cards, and Manual Batch and Receipt creation) and complying to SLA’s, TAT • Daily SLA’s of 150 + receipts processed daily (Checks/wires/ credit cards) • Handled AR Cheque request remittances mailbox. • Email customer in case of not able to identify the Remit details.
