- Was responsible for the whole sourcing process for Amazon, Amazon sellers and retails in USA, including obtaining quotes from different suppliers, negotiating price, assessing the best quotes, drafting purchase order, tracking orders, controlling quality, scheduling delivery with suppliers, arranging inspection and logistics. - Developed new suppliers and kept long term relationships with them as well as the existing suppliers. - Coordinated between suppliers and buyers to reach Win-Win cooperation.

- Was responsible for the whole worldwide sales process, including developing new customers, quoting, negotiating, drafting purchase invoice(PI), tracking order mass production, arranging shipment, resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. - Was responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining positive businesses and customer relationships (Disneyland, McDonald’s). - Performed cost-beneTt and needs analysis for existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
