Thesis Title: Process optimization and restructuring of procurement in a company which provides customer-oriented automation solutions. Description: Discovery and analysis of existing procurement process using Process Mining, eliminating bottlenecks and creating new optimized process flow diagrams. Internship: Spend Analysis, Warranty claims and supplier risk assessment. Supporting lead buyer with day to day purchasing activities.

Supporting lead buyer in strategic sourcing of machined parts. Maintenance of KANBAN for fast moving parts. Make or Buy analysis for new products. Purchase of prototypes using InforLN and iBaan after technical and commercial comparison of offers.
