I was responsible to ensure the operational support of Key User Master Data in the daily tasks of updating data the Master Data Management / Business Intelligence systems and assist Master Data Business Process Owners in monitoring Master Data projects

I was responsible for helping a business manager with all of his activities for public or private offerings, job site monitoring and economic calculations

I was responsible for assisting the head of the agency in its weekly and annual performance monitoring. I also realized an annual review of the agency for establishing measures for the following month.

I had to create the complete company's business continuity plans. I also implemented a crisis exercise with the mobilization of the crisis units. I had a supporting role to the smaller units to solve issues.
