I am an Intern working in the quality department, making quality control rounds everyday, and creating SPC programs for the injection moulded thermoplastic parts, according to their specifications from the design drawings, acquired from the customers.

Manatec Electronics is a leading Garage equipment design and manufacturing industry in India, where I was appointed as a Graduate engineer trainee. I was working with manipulation of wheel balancer and aligner with various tests, readings, and simulations. I was also working in the design department, where we worked on designing the working models with SOLIDWORKS.

The objective of this project is to eliminate wrong loading in commercial vehicle break lining. A suitable model was designed and successfully implemented in the machines to avoid wrong loading. By utilizing pareto diagram, Daily rejection form-4 and the relevant data analysis, the major defect causing machines were identified and modified. Therefore, the load and unloading can be controlled automatically. The detailed report was submitted.
