 Led onsite SAP S/4HANA FICO production support as primary SPOC for business users, ensuring smooth finance operations and SLA-driven incident resolution.  Resolved P1/P2 and critical FICO incidents by leading bridge calls, coordinating offshore and cross-functional teams, and driving timely RCA and corrective actions.

 Provided immediate solutions for FI/CO queries and incidents, ensuring SLA compliance.  Performed unit and integration testing, batch process monitoring, and transaction validation across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting modules.  Facilitated knowledge transfer and documented functional designs and reports to enhance team efficiency.

 Managed accounts receivable/payable, branch accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and month-end closings.  Conducted semi-annual audits and balance sheet reconciliations.

 Handled SAP ECC 6.0 operations for GSK systems (CERPs/MERPs).  Executed asset lifecycle activities including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.  Prepared asset analysis and financial reporting for client decision-making
