• Subject matter expert for the Release Management • Experience in managing and setting up of Release Management process and its association to the CMDB, Configuration Items (CIs), Change Management using Service Now platform • Strong understanding and experience in Software / Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Experienced in leading the Release Management implementation in large scale enterprise environment • Develop and Implement Release Management policy, standards, and procedures

• Strategic planning of the Environment Setup, Environment Sync, patching and Upgrade book of work, and working with application developers and IT operations to support customer-specific production and non-production environments within SaaS ServiceNow Platform. • Manage the provision of ServiceNow development and UAT environments for developers and QA team. • Management of escalation issues within the team and wider department, and responsible for preventing re-occurring incidents.

Responsible for leading the Service Management Support and Development Team within Service Management Engineering, Enterprise Services. This entails line management of teams supplied by outsourcing partner, with some roles located on-shore and main proportion located in India. The team is responsible for supporting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform as well as developing new modules and/or functionalities.

Responsible for driving and executing Vendor Management initiatives and book of work for Global Service Operations (GSO) and be part of the GSO Business & Vendor Management Organization. This entails cross-organizational coordination & vendor interactions with the purpose of ensuring value delivery from vendor partners to Credit Suisse.

Drive value delivery from service provider to CS internal customers with a focus on Service quality, Cost efficiency and Risk management. Service Performance / Relationship Management: - Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly service review - Monitor vendor performance, provide feedback, facilitate changes (ex: Ctrl-M console change and volumetric calculations) - Execution of Change Control Notice (CCN) for contract amendments Example: SLA revision Financial Controls Administrative Controls & Compliance
