Acting in SW package definitions iin order to implementing new Celular Switches in VIVO/Telesp network, besides of Bell Labs in Chicago – EUA. Responsible for ON_SITE customer support.

Specialist in SW UPGRADE and Local, Tandem and Tool system database Implementation using AXE in Brazil (TELESP, TELEMIG, TELECEARA, EMBRATEL and CRT). Assessoring Implementation, Marketing e SW Maintenance areas.
