Further development (additional data-analytics, optimization, UI-improvements) for an ImageJ based Image-analysis tool, designed to automatically detect and count cell in images. It is our goal to help smaller teams to have a less data-intensive approach for their particle-counting-projects. We froze the project due to time-limitations, but are planning to continue in the near future.
