• Handled overseas business which included liaising with overseas agents for imports and exports. • Developed a database of foreign agents and established relationship with them to further enhance overseas business. • Managed DHL and Blue Dart (DHL subsidiary) business. Responsibilities included finalizing deals, providing update to customer till shipment delivery etc.

1) Solely handled a new product FedEx end-to-end. 2) For Airfreight business, was mainly responsible for finalization of customer deals based on pricing strategies dependent upon destination region, nature of customer and airlines. 3) Resolved and negotiated conflicts with airlines, FedEx and sub-agents. 4) Negotiated better margins with airlines by strengthening relationship. 5) Co-ordinated with internal teams e.g., accounting, operations, for ensuring proper accounting, documentation and clearance.
