Responsible for: - quality management of car-body interior parts (single parts along with completely assembled parts); - quality documentation creation according to ISO/TS 16949/9001 and APQP requirements; - cooperation in preparing FMEA/PPAP documentation - customer claims’ analysis (8D reports) for parts from the production line as well as warranty parts; - supervision of engineering changes; - after claim corrective actions implementation; - SPC-data analysis.

Responsible for: - quality management of car-body interior parts (headliners and armrests) for a German-speaking customer; - quality documentation management according to ISO/TS 16949/9001 and APQP requirements; - customer claims’ analysis (8D reports); - initializing and supervising the process of engineering changes in components used in the production; - supervision of 2 Quality Technicians and Quality Inspectors on production line;

Responsible for: - quality management and new projects implementation (car-body seals); - product development in frame of APQP principles; - quality customer contact; - quality documentation management according to ISO/TS 16949/9001 and APQP requirements; - cooperation in preparing FMEA, Process Flow; - product and process audits overview; - PPAP documentation creation; - customer claims’ analysis (8D reports); - supervision of 3 Quality Technicians.

Responsible for: - quality assurance and new projects implementation; - setting quality acceptance levels; - production line operators’ training; - implementation and overview of corrective actions.
