Lead the project managers team acting in Global Service Center Romania for Mediterranean Ericsson region; - Drive Manage Services projects (Readiness projects, Transition and Transformation , Outsourcing projects) for Ericsson customers; - Responsible for successfully drive of projects in scheduled time/scope/cost/quality and handover to operational phase; - Plan and ensure fulfillment of IT & Tools project activities for operational service setup;

• O&M Team Coordinator; Site Intervention Node B (NSN & Huawei), RNC (NSN & HUAWEI), transmission equipment PDH / SDH (SAF NEC, HUAWEI, NSN); • Maintenance and operation of 3G network and equipment installation; • commissioning, integration and acceptance 3G equipment: ATM settings (VCI, VPI) interface settings CNBAP, DNBAP, AAL2 SIG1, AAL2 user plane, IP settings, cross-connect; • Reporting to higher level activity.

• Perform O&M activities in accordance with maintenance procedures and intervention; CDMA BTS (Lucent) and transmission equipment PDH / SDH (HARRIS, NEC, ERICSSON) integration and maintenance • Prevention, resolution and reporting of network alarms both locally and remotely using the resources O&M; • Troubleshooting software and hardware;

Performs diagnostic, troubleshooting, and calibration of handsets; · Ensures a high quality of repairs for serviced handsets; · Ensure accurate inventory for handsets/spares; · Quality test for inward stocks.
