Monitoring of the company’s exports data and drafting of reports using Excel, BI, and Oracle. Logistics management, client prospecting, and analysis and control of export and foreign exchange documents.

UN Environment Programme – Civil Society Unit (Oct/2021–Mar/2022) Supported UNEA 5.2 and UNEP@50, engaging NGOs and organizing parallel civil society events. Worked in a multicultural environment using English, French, and Spanish. Participated in high-level UN meetings, assisting national reps, experts, and NGOs. Drafted, prepared, and translated official documents. Contributed to the UNEP Youth Working Group and the creation of the UN Youth Office.

ArcelorMittal – Receivables & Credit Analyst (Oct/2018–Apr/2021) Credit analysis for large companies in Brazil and abroad, receivables management, collections, debt control, bank reconciliation, and client support. Managed credit insurance, liaised with banks and insurers, and supported audits. Developed reports using SAP and Excel. Won “Best Intern Innovation” for automating receivables processes.
