• Responsible to manage the activities related to Supplier Quality Engineering and Incoming Quality areas in supporting of Local and International Suppliers. • Manage supplier process, part development (APQP / PPAP) and introduction to support delivery of excellent quality and on time launch of vehicle projects. • Leadership in the selection and development of supply base to provide the highest quality and manufacturing capability.

• Manage new Projects from development phase until JOB1+90 in order to meet suppliers quality and capacity targets defined by company. • Responsible for successful and timely suppliers projects introduction. • Coordinate prototype build, pre series and mass JOB1+90 suppliers approval. • Responsible for suppliers factory’s macro-planning, overall production forecast, provision of factory layout and infrastructure implementation. • Track suppliers production line installation and approval.

Responsible for quality inspection of imported and national materials. • Approval, qualification, audit and evaluation of local suppliers and international suppliers. • Production Scrap Management. • Quality KPI's maintenance. • Quality responsible for mobile Repair Centre and RTV (Return to Vendor) materials. • Manage Scrap and suppliers quality improvement. • Implementation, maintenance, internal and external audit of ISO 9001:2008/ISO 14001:2004. • QMS Management (Quality Management System).

• Consulting for high technology medical devices, clinical projects and water treatment. • Responsibilities of the medical devices operations performance and its reliability. • Maintenance management. • Post-sales support for the customers.
