This position required of being able to satisfy all the organisation needs on new IT-developments, information and data organisation and maintenance. Also being able to compile all the data for the "Yearly Rendition Report", that has to be presented at the beginning of every year.

With the World Bank Group Started the “Proyecto de Modernización del Poder Judicial”. Along with a team, build the first Web-Site in America that was able to show all the legal cases in real time at the Supreme Court website for free. Worked on a new information system that controls all the workflow of the legal documentation in every case. Worked at the implementation of ORACLE the first Data Warehouse of the Judicial Government, Received by two years (2002-2003) the award for “Best Government WebSite”.

Involvement not only on technical aspects inside de organisation but in planning in controlling projects also. At this level they were lots of new aspects to be responsible with, like: - Planning on new international legal projects - Development of new information systems for the organisation, but with a national scope.
