Trainee program as an employee of the plant engineering. I was actively involved in the industrialization of the Chassis-modules assembly of a new VW model. Among other things, I planned the assembly processes for the chassis modules, was responsible for RFQ Documentation for machine suppliers, specification of the Nutrunners and their controllers for the new assembly stations and developed workpiece carriers. I also was responsible for creating and maintaining the BOM according to customer requirements.

First contact with the industrialized assembly of automotive components and could assist the maintenance team in the maintenance and repair of industrial machines.

Throughout the training as Automotive mechatronic at Mercedes-Benz Automar, I have gained technical know-how "from scratch". I have accumulated experience from the maintenance of motor vehicles to the complete repair of internal combustion engines, as well as in the diagnosis and analysis of error messages. I had the opportunity to work with qualified Mechanics and gained the confidence of the Workshop Supervisor to execute various task alone. I the 2 and a half year I never had a customer reclamation.

Mechanical Engineering degree with focus on solid mechanics, thermodynamics, structural mechanics, fluid dynamics and machine design. Master-Thesis: “Numerical study of wave interaction with a Rubble-mound Wave breaker using IHFOAM (OpenFOAM)”
