I'm heading up the Talent Acquisition organization for the EMEA region at CWT. Working with a team of 10+ international talent acquisition consultants, sourcing specialists and team leaders, we act as business partners to deliver on our internal clients' needs and create the bridge between talents and career journeys at CWT.

My role is to advise Managers on their recruitment needs. I’m responsible for developing sourcing strategies, conduct the selection process & liaise with stakeholders to offer the highest level of service to our clients and to the business. I’m in charge of local, EMEA and Global recruitments in EMEA with a focus on CWT Meetings & Events and our Head Office. My role also involves the deployment of CWT employer brand, "My Journey. My CWT" in EMEA. I develop schools partnerships & social media initiatives.
