Working inside an UX team for mobile and web projects focused on usability, user testing, conversion rates and new experience. Always looking for improvements and better interfaces, UX reports, specifications, QA and quantitative analysis with Crazy Egg, Google Analytics and A/B Test. Recently working with a team on a new inspiration website for Hotel Urbano and usability tests to better understand user needs to drive better products.

Worked as an UX designer, information architecture and requirements analyst focused on usability for web projects, mobile app, portals, BI dashboards, front-end and development/test support for IST-II department. I have been participating on an UX Team for improvements on IT's process inside CPSW department since 2013. Award received for Busca AMS mobile app (iOS, Android and Windows Phone). Recognition awards for responsive design projects for SAP and HR (Employee Portal).

Designer and Information Architect for governmental projects, portals, intranet and MKT area. Worked as front-end designer, development support (HTML and CSS) for Java, .Net, ASP and PHP projects. Since 2009 encourage requirement team to focus on accessibility and usability features during interface documentation. In 2008 started as focal point on KM projects and Sharepoint solutions and social networks for Unisys and gained 3 Unisys Awards Recognition.
