Worked as an operator on various metal inert gas and metal active gas welding machines. My responsibilities included making sure the machine was running through the night shift when the supervision was very limited, and that the product it was making was of high quality. I was also trained to fix any issue with the machine that would arise during the night, as well as making sure machines had enough material for production (mostly wires of different diameters) and replacing consumable parts.

Cleaned factory equipment (mainly machines used by production shift) with high pressure water pipes and various chemicals. I was also trained by the engineers and later became solely responsible to report every problem with PPE used by entire hygiene shift, as well as QA checks on the machines later used by other shifts (mainly production), and pre-audit inspections and mitigations. Had many trainings including Level 2 Food Safety/Allergen Awareness, HACCP and chemical safety training.

Watched stocks of personal protective equipment around the factory to make sure every shift has enough of it to be able to fulfill their duties, made detailed every day reports on general problems with hygiene around the factory and how they were dealt with, reported and offered mitigations for health and food safety hazards and risks - my trainings included food safety and allergen awareness courses.
