Responsible for all sales and marketing activities including projects acquisition strategy, preparing project quotations, financial and technical negotiations, resources planning and customer care.

Establish and manage sales department in Polish location. Responsible for proper planning and execution of budget (revenue, volume, profitability). Manage key sales projects (white goods and automotive components) from request for quotation till contract signing (lead the quotation preparation process with all internally required departments). Leading process improvement projects within Global Sales and Service organisation using Six Sigma methodology. Manage cross functional international teams within related projects.

Accountability for quality of Philips domestic appliances in all aspects (design, NPI, production and returns from the market). Leadership of Senseo coffee machines quality improvement team. Steer all product quality and safety related activities in Technology development, Function Creation and Product Development process. Ensure proper definition and execution of the product quality tests within projects. Capture

Ensure that project targets on product quality and safety are achieved. Provide early indicators for product quality aspects during projects. Assess product FMEA and Safety Risk Assessment sessions. Plan, control and analyse tests of Philips domestic appliances. Plan, delegate and evaluate corrective actions. Support selection and development of Philips suppliers (mainly in Asia). Manage quality aspects in projects within international cross functional teams.

Manage improvement and innovative projects with international cross functional team (as a leader as well as a project team member) using Six Sigma methodology. Communicate with customers final product specification and related component parameters. Design and implement on production new types of metal components (coils) for fluorescent lamps.
